If your dog is constantly barking here are some of the secrets that we use in the real world of dog training. These little known secrets are all most sure to help you teach Fido or Fiffy learn how to control their barking.

First thing that you will need to do is getting the right amount of exercise. Many owners just don't seem to get how important it is to give their dog exercise on a daily basis. The fact is, we known this is one of the best to handle barking issues for many years.

Dogs get stressed to you know, what about? Well tahts a topic for a dog therapist, however they do get worked up about different things and sometimes, just like us humans exercise will help them work through their issues. All breeds, "toy" dogs,"lap" dogs, house dogs, work dogs, all dogs, need some form of exercise so they will not be or stay stressed out. Proper exercise routine your dog can relax more often and the constant barking will quit.

If exercise doesn't work though you can try what is known as an aversion to stop dog barking when it is out of control and driving you crazy. You do this by simply creating a noise that makes a dog stop and notice that what they are doing is bad. Many people use a tin can filled half way full of coins so the change makes a sound when they shake it. This makes a dog stand at attention, so to speak.

Another method is the physical correction method. No, it is NOT the least bit inhumane, violent or painful. When your dog barks, meet them at their level, firmly wrap one or both of your hands around the snout (without shaking it), and repeat a corrective command. I use "Shhh" or a repeated "Uh uh uh uh."

The idea is to hold on not only until they stop making noise, but also until they stop resisting the placement of your hand by jerking back or wriggling away. This method is effective also because it asserts your dominant role in the process.

Dog barking can drive you insane if left unchecked, there are many other ways to control this behavior too, but try these secrets first. If you don't meet with success, you can find many more just by following our program.

Remember the most important thing is consistency when it comes to controlling dog barking behavior, because it will take time to get your dog to understand that their barking is no longer going to be allowed.
